Eliminating the stigmas that are associated with mental health within the African American community through creative mediums. Beyond Love Apparel uses informative, positive, inspirational and uplifting phrases, quotes and images to combat these stigmas for the purpose of creating conversation, refining expectations, character building, utilizing unique resources and recognizing personal power. In our experience,  African Americans dismiss mental health due to lack of knowledge familial expectation and religious belief systems. Recognizing our similarities, We want to assist people with experiencing mental, physical and social well being, through coaching new coping skills, stating what is and accessing new tools. Many have been affected by the fallout of depression but we always do our best to give others a different outcome by shedding light through Beyond Love Apparel. Love is not enough.
